the antique post edwardian 1915 sapphire and diamond ring

This lovely ring, circa the early 20th century, features cornflower-blue round mixed-cut sapphires set in a boat-shaped head, alongside two rose-cut diamonds. The shoulders feature scrolled engraving, which leads to a plain yellow-gold band.
This ring is fully hallmarked by the Assay Office of Chester for 18ct gold in 1915.
