    This is an antique elbow chair. An English, fruitwood office or desk seat, dating to the Victorian period, circa 1870.

    • Wonderful open-arm form, ideal throughout the home
    • Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order
    • Select fruitwood stocks with fine grain interest and craftsmanship
    • Rich caramel hues beam beneath a wax polish finish
    • Prominent top supports enclose the gently chamfered crest rail
    • Distinctive back rest finished with spheres and faceted motif
    • Sinuous arms cant outwards to follow the line of the seat squab
    • Each arm raised upon a delicate, turned baluster support
    • Quality, later silk cotton upholstery in good order with a tasteful champagne colour
    • Eye-catching diamond pattern accentuated with pink and green palette
    • Drop-in seat cushion set at a comfortable height of 46.5cm (18.25")
    • Raised upon square section legs, each united by turned stretcher rails

    This is a fantastic antique elbow chair with a tastefully appointed upholstery. Solid joints and construction, delivered ready for the home.
