Circa 1870, a carved walnut framed Victorian sofa. The solid walnut top rail at the back is carved with flowers and leaves, and it continues on to a beige-brown velour upholstery. The curved arm rests have a carved cabriole section at the front which continues down with leaves into a curved cabriole leg with brass and porcelain casting. The back legs are square and are similarly shaped.
