Circa 1870, very stylish dark stained pine church pew/hall bench. The pew has elevated ends finished with gloriously carved fleur de lis on each side. Below this, the uprights are chamfered at the sides. There is a plank seat and a simple panelled back with a chamfered top and 2 fielded panels in the centre. The sides of the bench become the base and they sit on two rectangular pieces of timber. Very stylish and good colour.
