large leather upholstered center stool

Circa 1850. A stylish large Victorian center stool (with later alterations), the rectangular top in pleated deep buttoned Scottish leather with closed brass studding to the fore-edges, the leather is folded over the rails giving a wonderful finish, resting on four turned, ring turned and scribed legs, terminating on a large brass cup and excellent spoked brass wheels, large, clean and very stylish.
