This desirable antique Victorian desk chair has recently been restored and recently re-upholstered in quality chestnut tan hide. It is made from best quality mahogany timbers with a tight grain and attractive figuring.
The chair dates to the early Victorian period with attactive foliage carving to the oval back, turned and lapet carved front legs and sweeping scroll arms with deep padded rests.
This is a very fine and emensly comfortable antique chair suitable for use with an antique desk or as a library or occasional chair.
