Circa 1880. Rare pair of pollard oak inlaid Arts and Crafts neat-sized chests of drawers/ lockers. The rectangular tops with classical Arts and Crafts ebony and boxwood geometric inlay and a moulded fore-edge above four graduated drawers with Arts and Crafts cast brass gothic style handles and flanked by adzed corners. The sides with unusual, ebonized line decoration and beautifully figured pollard oak. Both chests in excellent condition with nice colour and patina.
