George III Walnut Chest of Drawers
Item Code: S27-1102
A fine George III period walnut chest of drawers of superb colour and quality. The top features beautifully figured quarter-veneered walnut with a crossbanded border, above an arrangement of three short drawers over three long graduated drawers, all fitted with brass plate handles and escutcheons. The chest stands on turned bun feet and retains its original oak sides, displaying the craftsmanship and restrained elegance typical of the late 18th century.
