A fine quality Edwardian period mahogany dressing table of elegant proportions, retaining its original shaped mirror back and attractive figured mahogany veneers throughout. This charming antique piece displays refined craftsmanship and a warm rich colour, making it both a practical and decorative addition to a bedroom or dressing room interior.
The superstructure is fitted with a shaped rectangular mirror supported by elegant uprights above a raised platform incorporating two small drawers. The serpentine fronted base is well arranged with an arrangement of five drawers, all retaining their original brass swan neck handles and working locks. The dressing table stands on slender square tapering legs united by shaped corner brackets, giving the piece a light and graceful appearance.
