Article number: YAL 2463
Late Victorian 7 (graduated) drawer Wellington Chest. The carcass and drawer fronts are Walnut veneered Pine, the panelled back is in Pine and the drawers are Mahogany lined. Locking side bar with working lock & key to the side bar. The drawers are fine dovetailed jointed, clean inside and the runners and stays (which keep the drawers in the correct alignment) are all present and work well. The polish finish is in good order with an all round even colour. Free from worm, damage and or large stains other than small old marks/scratches under the polish to the top, commensurate with age. Repairs to the veneer to one side of the lower plinth.

Presented cleaned, light touch re furbished and re-waxed.
