Circa 1820, Scottish George IV mahogany serving table. The unusual table with a curved back and shaped front with double string ebony inlay. It has a concave drawer with raised beading and flame mahogany veneers with 2 cast brass lion handles. Standing on distinctly Scottish ring turned, tapering and fluted legs which finish on a realistic animal foot. Two simpler legs have been added to the back for extra stability.
