Circa 1780, Scottish George III mahogany serpentine chest of drawers. The solid mahogany top has a reeded fore edge, above 4 graduating drawers with satin birch cock beading, string inlay, stylish escutcheons and cast brass oval handles. Below the bottom drawer is a simple frieze with a ribbed front and the chest is standing on shaped bracket feet. Good colour and excellent condition.
