This large Military campaign desk was made in the last quarter of the 19th century.
It is made of mahogany with brass inset corners and flush brass handles.
The top has the gilt tooled leather writing surface, that makes for a great work area.
It is unusual how the desk dismantles to the top with the central drawer and then the 2 pedestals. Each pedestal has 4 drawers and then there is the central wider drawer that is set above the good wide kneehole.
This is an impressive desk that will give you so much pleasure and bound to get many compliments.
