    This is a gem.
    A robust and chunky low table, with loads of rustic charm. Well suited to contemporary life, it will blend perfectly in both modern and traditional country settings and ideal of course as a large coffee table.

     
    The base is 18th C Ash wood, of framed construction with original pegged tennon joints. It has been rebuilt from a coffer frame and has a shaped apron to the front and back and a lower shelf; and finished in worn waxed french grey.
     
    The table top is antique cherrywood, of plank construction, and has the most wonderful colour and patina.
