Circa 1820, George IV oak hall chair. In solid oak with dragooned pattern to the arched top, and a small central recess beneath shaped like a heraldic shield, flanked by carved roundels. The solid shaped seat is over a simple apron and on square, slightly outswept back legs, with ring turned and tapering front legs.
