Circa 1900, beech Orkney chair. With original back of oat straw bound together and topped with marram grass, attached to the beech uprights. Unusual to Orkney chairs, the side panels to the arms and back are infilled. It has a solid seat with small pine drawer and stained pine front, all on square legs.
