A very pretty Victorian Lincolnshire Bobbin Rocking Chair in the "Caistor" style. Circa 1850. Made from ash, elm and beech this superbly original chair has the characteristic bobbin turned back spindles all extremely well made and put together. Very comfortable and robust, this finely proportioned piece would make a beautiful and useful occasional chair.
