Extending table leaves at each end. Length 137cm (not extended) 198cm (extended).Upholstery carries royal Motif design. Very rare.The table top and leaves have been professionally stripped and restored/ matched/ re polished with a tough heat and spirit resistant finish. After stripping the top was stained to match the set using a custom cellulose stain containing cellulose pigments, chromes and lacquer. This type of stain adds to heat resistance and ensures the next coats of lacquer adhere well again aiding heat resistance. The tops were hand polished/ matched using heat and spirit resistant polish/ lacquer.

The tops are therefore probably in better than new condition yet as you can see matches the whole set and retains the original colour. The flour of the grain is fully visible having not been coloured out i.e. by a spray gun colour. All polish I apply is by hand in this case using a polishing mop.The chairs have been touched up and restored where required.This set is a quality period reproduction by Wood Brothers. Manufactured in 1981 and is a rare limited edition. WoodBros are a well known quality reproduction premium furniture manufacturer.I have provided quite a few pictures of this set to show the set is in very good condition.Old Charm furniture is rooted in a rich history.
