Circa 1920, mahogany bedside cabinet by Whytock & Reid of Edinburgh. The top section has a wrap around gallery with a lip at the front. Below the top is a small shaped handle which pulls out a slide. Below this are 2 cupboards with cast brass handles. The top one has a small half shelf and the bottom a full shelf. The bedside cabinet has a solid mahogany top, is polished all around, has flamed mahogany panels on the doors and stands on squat bracket feet. A good example of a Whytock & Reid bedside cabinet.
