Circa 1820, set of 5 (one carver and four side chairs) George IV bar back dining chairs. In figured mahogany, with exceptionally deep back rails, which lead on to a set of acanthus carved uprights. They have upholstered seats (the carver in a different material) which lead on to fluted front legs and outswept back legs.
