Circa 1990s, a set of 17 mahogany dining chairs, consisting of 4 armchairs and 13 side chairs in the Hepplewhite style. The cresting rail with foliate carving beneath, and a well-carved pierced back with reeded uprights, swags and tails, and a cruciform section centre headed by a flower head. The curved arms supported on turned uprights, with a drop-in upholstered seat, bow fronted seat rail to the front. Back legs are square and slightly outset, front legs squared and tapering with harebells on two of the facings on an extended stylish spade toe, all the legs are braced by conforming stretchers.
