A handsome early 19th century mahogany linen press of superb quality and rich colour. The upper section features a pair of beautifully figured oval flame mahogany panelled doors opening to a spacious hanging compartment fitted with a brass rail. Below are four long graduated drawers, each retaining brass ring handles and escutcheons. The press stands on well-turned bun feet with a shaped apron, displaying elegant Georgian proportions and craftsmanship throughout.
