A pair of cast iron platform bedsteads with decoratively cast panels finished in hard-wearing powder coat red berry. These beds are low ended but still have the full frame to support a bed base and mattress. The knobs on the head panel are polished brass.

The brass will fade in time giving a mellow hue and can be hand buffed occasionally if you wish. Alternatives for an additional cost are lacquering or nickel-plating, both of which protect the brass. Also the color of the beds can be changed to suit your home. We can either powder coat them or hand paint them in a color chosen by yourself.The price is for the beds alone. The base, mattress, bedding and linen shown in the photographs are additional and are provided by Seventh Heaven.These beds accept 3 ft wide (90 cm) standard British single bases and mattresses.Absolute width: 36 in (91 cm).

Length of base and mattress: 6 ft 3 in (190 cm) but can be longer.
Height to top of runner: 15 in (38 cm).
