Circa 1890. A mid Victorian oak two-part bookcase (with alterations), the top with a moulded cornice and simple frieze, with three adjustable shelves with ribbed facings, the polished flat section with a moulded edge, beneath this a pair of drawers with classic Art Nouveau pressed handles, the bottom section with a single shelf with a ribbed section in the center and on the sides, the insides of the bookcase has been painted, all resting on an enclosed moulded plinth, the bookcase comes in two sections.
