Circa 1840 and later, a mahogany two-door wardrobe of desirable proportions, the classic moulded cornice, the front with a pair of full-length doors in flame mahogany within a beaded panel and with ribbed beading separating the doors, with a turn knob handle and working lock, inside a single shelf with a brass hanging rail, beneath the doors is a ribbed moulding that continues around the sides. all supported on four stout bracket feet.

Georgian Antiques was founded in 1978 by John Dixon's brother Padriac in a small shop at Jocks Lodge, Meadowbank in Edinburgh, with John joining the business after finishing college in 1981. The business grew so rapidly, they couldn't keep up with their inventory needs. Scotland's largest antiques warehouse is located in a converted whiskey bond in historic Leith Edinburgh.
