late victorian mahogany desk/library table

Circa 1870, late Victorian mahogany desk/library table. The desk is polished on the back and free standing, with a leather top and is crossbanded in flamed mahogany. Below the top are 5 various drawers, the centre long rectangular drawer opens to show a leather writing slide within. The drawers have small turned handles, and they are ash lined which indicates the desk is Scottish. The desk stands on 4 turned and scratch carved tapering legs finishing on brass tipped castors.
