A lovely late Georgian mahogany piece in very good condition, notable for having drawers at each end, with beautifully-grained and character-marked top, bow-ended and oval with the drop-leaves up, the leaves each supported on two hinged & recessed brackets, the ends each incorporating a drawer front with brass swan-neck drop-handles and escutcheon with working lock & single key to each, the drawer fronts edged with alternating diagonal ebony & satinwood beading, all on tapering square legs, this very attractive Pembroke table will charm in the most elegant of homes, whether period-furnished or more contemporary in style, fully-deserving of the admiring attention it will undoubtedly attract.Length with Drop-Leaves Down 75.75cm x Width 53.75cm (c29.75" x c21.25")
