Stylish French writing desk of the first half of the 20th century. Desk nicely inlaid in wood of rosewood and walnut, richly decorated with gilded and chiseled bronzes. Writing desk finished for the center with three drawers, of good capacity, two side extractable shelves and desk top covered in faux leather, of good measure and service. The top has several signs of wear. Furniture in Louis XV style of beautiful proportion, ideal for a studio. Desk complete with a working key, which has inside the right-side drawer the plate of the famous atelier "Gouffé". In good condition, with some signs of the time.
