A very decorative walnut carved stool with unusual shaped legs and carved frieze with green leather upholstered top. This beautiful stool dates to the mid 19th century and is one of the best quality I have seen for while with crisply carved shaped cabriole legs and carved frieze. The stool shows two hair line breaks in the past to the top part of the legs which has been fully restored with no movement at all and is pointed out in the photos. This unusual stool has a gorgeous original faded colour and patina which is has been fully restored ready for home use.
