This is an antique sampler stool. An English, walnut and boxwood embroidered decorative rest, dating to the William IV period, circa 1835.

• Accentuated with delightful boxwood and walnut marquetry

• Stout embroidered cushion top with minor loss commensurate with age

• Raised upon a trio of distinctive china seed-shaped feet
