Nice Oak woodwork in very nice condition for its age with very minimal marks.Has just been reupholstered in rich red padded faux leather.Comfortable curved back with nine slim upright slats. With its multi adjustable seating arrangement ,( rise and fall height, swivel, revolving 360 degrees,and reclining) it would certainly make the time spent at a desk more than pleasant.
