This is an antique decorative saucer. An English, silver plated dish by Thomas Bradbury & Sons, dating to the Victorian period, circa 1890.
- Charming late 19th century decorative plate
- Displays a desirable aged patina - some historical compression commensurate with age
- Bright silver plate presents a reflective appearance
- Decorated with engraved, chased foliate patterns encircling the centre
- Standing upon a trio of small feet adorned with scrolled motif
- Maker's mark to base for Thomas Bradbury & Sons, with copperplate S letter mark
- Crown mark above the logo dates this piece to circa 1890, in line with rule change for plated goods
This is a delightful antique decorative charger, with attractive decorations throughout. Maker's marks to base add interest to the piece. Delivered polished and ready to enjoy.
