Circa 1820. A mahogany pull out library table, possibly by ‘Gillows of Lancaster.’ The rectangular top in the finest flame mahogany with simple fore edge, with two pull out leaves, the frieze with two beaded panels on the sides and three faux drawers on one side, two on the other all with cut beadings and elegant turned knobs, with small panels heading the legs, which are classic Gillows turned, ring turned, fluted and tapering, finishing on a brass cup with brass castors beneath.
