Circa 1835, William IV mahogany inverted front Scottish serving table. The mahogany top has a large ogee moulding. Below the top is a deep frieze which has carved foliate mouldings on the each side and a double foliate carving in the centre. At the end of the sideboard in the frieze are drawers which are have mahogany facings and are ash lined. Below the drawers are 6 stylish mahogany legs. The top of the legs have carved acanthus leaves and below that the legs are turned, faceted and tapering finishing in a downturned acanthus leaf on a slight turned foot. The sideboard is super quality with excellent colour.
