Circa 1880, Victorian walnut framed sofa. With deep buttoned upholstered back, sides, arms and a large stuffover seat in linen (held in place by gimp). A simple side rail with scratch carving continues around the front, and the front apron has a fielded panel to the front and fluted front legs which mirror the shape of the arms. With out-swept back, and all finishing on brass and white porcelain castors.
