victorian upholstered walnut ladies chair

Circa 1870, mid-Victorian upholstered, carved, walnut, ladies chair. The well carved foliate top over an upholstered back and seat in original needlepoint, piping and red velvet. The walnut frame supported on shaped rear legs on brass and brown porcelain castors, and a ribbed seat rail with carved, turned, tapering and fluted front legs with gilded brass ring and brass castors.
