ITEM DESCRIPTION: Original Late 19th Century Mahogany Framed Firescreen with Boxwood Inlay and Fretwork Surround. The central panel with a Walnut veneer and a fine marquetry inlaid decoration of birds, a butterfly, flowers and foliage. A beautiful piece, original, unrestored. No damage to the fretwork, slight bubbling to walnut veneer, legs slightly loose. Fine Quality.
