Circa 1815, Regency circular drum table. The table is made from multiple woods and has a pollard oak and ebonised banded top with a centre leather insert. In the apron is 4 real and 4 dummy drawers, one of which is fitted with a leather top writing slide and various pen and ink trays. The functioning drawers have a heraldic style bone escutcheon and two cast brass knob handles. All of the drawers and dummy panels have stylish flame mahogany veneering. Beneath the top is a large bulbous and ring turned block and from this there is 4 sabre legs with ebonised inlay. It finishing in a cast brass hairy paw foot and beneath this 4 brass castors. The top of the table rotates when it has its block inserted in it.
