Circa 1870, good pair of tall mahogany pedestal bedside cabinets (adapted). The solid mahogany tops have a rounded front corner and stylish moulded edge. Beneath the top are four graduating drawers each with wooden knob handles and a small brass escutcheon. The liners of the drawers are also solid mahogany. Beneath the bottom drawer is a moulding and the bedsides stand on an enclosed plinth. Larger than average proportions, good colour and excellent condition.
