A fine mid 18th cent. oak Welsh coffer on its original stand and makes a wonderfull alternative to a Welsh dresser, This has a lifting lid above a panelled front and sides, three drawers to the base and divides into two sections. This chest has a wonderfull deep original colour. 54"wide, 21"deep, 39"high. Date circa 1750.
