Circa 1860, neat sized, mahogany Biedermeier chest of drawers. With its double raised top and veneered tapering fore-edge above three various sized drawers. The top drawer has an ogee shape and canted corners whilst the second and third drawers are of different sizes. They are all separated by a proud half round moulded fore-edge. Each of the drawers have large circular escutcheons and no handles, standard on the biedermeier chest of drawers. The back leg is a simple block but at the front, elegant and squat cabriole legs.
