Circa 1900, exhibition quality mahogany inlaid occasional table. The oval top has flame mahogany matching quarter veneers and double banding, crossbanding and string inlay on the fore edge. Beneath this a deep apron with flame mahogany and satinwood banding. The table stands on four square tapering and inlaid legs, united by a stylish shaped stretcher, and finishing on spade feet. The table comes with a glass top if required.
