A superb four poster bedstead constructed around original mahogany Victorian posts. These substantial pillars are excellent examples of Victorian artistry and probably originate from the West Indies.
We have reconstructed the canopy, the back posts and the runners in keeping with the original design. The upholstered back panel adds to the comfort and overall appearance of the four poster bed and can be covered in a fabric of your choice. An upholstered canopy infill can be fitted on top of the canopy and covered with the same fabric as the backboard.
This bedstead will accept a king size (5ft wide) base and mattress set.
The price is for the bedstead alone. The base, mattress, bedding and linen shown in the photographs are additional and are provided by Seventh Heaven. Also any back board covering and drapes would be extra.
