A large, attractive and well made Victorian lath-back country style, arm chair made from Elm and Beech. Attractive broad scroll arms with thick robust turned legs and a double stretcher. Wide and deep seat, making it both comfortable and versatile. This particular example is light to medium Oak in colour with a reddish hue to the seat pad and back rest. It has a good all round patina, particularly on the arms and back rest. Solid and stable, no wobble, free from worm or old repairs. We can arrange economy blanket wrap courier delivery on this piece:
