large oak bedside cabinet

Circa 1900, large oak bedside table/bedside cabinet. The solid oak rectangular top has rounded corners. Beneath this at the front is a single panelled door, which is held in place by a piano hinge, and has a lock with a stylish simple escutcheon. The legs are square with chamfered corners at the front and the sides, united by a double cross stretcher, standing on small raised block feet. The cabinet is polished and has panels on all sides. Clean, sturdy and functional.

Scotland's largest antiques warehouse is located in a converted whiskey bond in historic Leith Edinburgh. With 50,000sq ft over five floors we offer a wide range of quality Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian furniture, as well as continental and small decorative items. Our stock is constantly changing.
