This is a large antique pier cabinet. An English, walnut glazed display cupboard by Druce & Co, dating to the early Victorian period, circa 1850.

• Superior Victorian craftsmanship with a generous proportion
• Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order
• Select walnut stocks present fine grain interest and rich caramel hues

• Canted corners host quality ormolu mounts with foliate relief decoration

• Door opens wide to show the two shelf interior, well spaced for medium sized ornament display
• Graced with the original velvet lining, lightly time worn with careful use
