Circa 1910, Jacobean style oak chest of drawers, with unusually is made of oak but has rosewood parts as well. The rectangular top is crossbanded in rosewood. Beneath the top are 2 long drawers with dummy double fronts, the facings with fielded panels, blind fretwork and unusual elongated handles. On both sides of the drawers is a carved pilaster with foliate carving. Beneath the bottom drawer is an open foliate carved apron which continues around the sides. All standing on turned and block feet united by square stretchers.
