Article number: YAL 2512Large Georgian pine mule chest mounted on bracket feet, consisting of a large full height storage space (blanket box) with a lower full width drawer with later (Victorian ) brass pull handles. Newspaper lined drawer dates this piece to 1816.
Original hand forged chest hinges and lock (no key). This chest has been refurbished to include small repairs and re waxing . Some very old worm damage to the outer surface of the bracket feet (no impact) otherwise free from damage.
