Circa 1780, George III mahogany tray top and inlaid commode. The solid mahogany top has a shaped wrap around gallery with lifting handles either side, and 2 doors with flame mahogany panels, string inlay with canted corners and the original brass knob. The interior has a single cupboard with 2 dummy drawers beneath, pulling out to reveal an adapted neat size drawer. The back and sides are polished with a deep apron, with reeded edges to the back legs and similar front legs which come apart to open out.
