English desk of the late 19th century. Furniture veneered and inlaid in rosewood and palisander, of beautiful line and good taste. Desk finely decorated with bronzes, finished for the center with three frontal drawers of good capacity. Top not original of big extent, it has been replaced in the 20th century, covered in green leather chiseled on the sides and decorated with brass side band. (Pressed wood top floor.) Writing desk resting on four delicate legs, of discreet stability, not overload with excessive weights. Furniture of great service, ideal to be included in a studio or living room, also interesting for professional use. Writing desk missing key, otherwise in a fair state of conservation.
